What we use

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It follows your device's light or dark setting without storing anything.

If you use Vigil, our website assistant, your conversation is kept in your browser's session storage so it continues as you move between pages. It never leaves your device unless you request a call back, and it is deleted when you close the tab.

Your choice to have replies read aloud, or not, is remembered in your browser's local storage so you don't have to set it again. It holds only that on/off setting.

Third-party content

The map on the Contact page is provided by Google Maps and loads only when you reach that part of the page. Google may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.

If this changes

If BDI adds analytics in future, this notice will be updated and you will be asked for consent before any non-essential cookie is set.
