FraudSentinel360

One case file from report to closure.Fraud monitored across P2P, O2C and dispatch.

DB Tech's multi-tenant fraud case-management platform for banks, NBFCs, pharma and manufacturing. It monitors fraud signals across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and dispatch data, and keeps one case file from report to closure, with turnaround-time alerts, role-based access and dashboards. For regulated lenders, its Early Warning Signals (EWS) and Prevention modules are built around the RBI Master Directions on Fraud Risk Management, 2024.

Why it matters

Fraud cases tracked in spreadsheets and inboxes lose evidence, time and accountability.

When a case lives in e-mail threads and spreadsheets, nobody can see its status, deadlines slip and evidence goes missing. FraudSentinel360 gives every case one file and every investigator one workflow.

Scattered case files

Reports, evidence and decisions spread across e-mail, chat and shared drives.

Missed deadlines

No turnaround-time tracking, so ageing cases go unnoticed until someone asks.

No line of sight

Leadership cannot see case volumes, ageing, outcomes or recoveries.

Two modules for regulated lenders

EWS and Prevention, built around the RBI Master Directions on Fraud Risk Management.

RBI's 2024 Master Directions for banks, co-operative banks and NBFCs expect an early warning framework wired into operational systems, and a fraud classification process that respects natural justice. FraudSentinel360 gives each a module.

Module 01

EWS module

Early warning signals and red-flag indicators from core banking, loan and other operational systems, monitored in near real time, raised as alerts, reviewed and tracked to a decision.

Module 02

Prevention module

The Board-approved fraud risk management policy, controls and review dates on record; show cause notice, reply window and reasoned order recorded in sequence; deadlines for reporting to law enforcement and to RBI tracked.

Both modules

Committee oversight

Dashboards for the board committee that monitors frauds, and for the audit committee: alerts, flagged accounts, classifications, ageing and recoveries.
